Service Description

I can offer bespoke workshops and classes to schools / colleges in the following areas: - Pilates - Contemporary Dance - Ballet Dance - Physical Theatre - Careers Talk They can be a mixture of physical and discussion based work, talks, direct teaching or group and creative work. I can be flexible with timings and costs accordingly, but below is an outline of what I offer. Please contact me directly to discuss and book in. ONE OFF SESSION (40-60mins): £60 LONGER WOKRSHOP STYLE CLASS (90mins) £120 HALF TERMLY COURSE (once a week session) £300-320 (length dependent) These sessions could be helpful for departments such as Drama, PE and Dance who require movement elements as part of their areas of study, or to enhance and further knowledge and technique in certain areas. Pilates is an excellent form of complimentary exercise which can enhance technique and reduce injury, as well as being a fantastic 'non' competitive way to move...great for both physical and mental wellbeing.
