The Summer Pilates Plan

A plan to keep you moving throughout the Summer when classes are not running but you still need to move and keep up your strength and mobility. These sessions can be taken in any order. If you are a beginner please listen to the adaptations.


This is not a 'get summer ready' plan! It's designed to keep you moving when things are a little quieter in the Summer and the sessions should be easy to fit into a holiday or two as well!


There are 10 short videos in total and you can take them in any order or stitch them together to take a longer 'class' style.
