Advance your skills in Pilates

This two hour workshop style session will enable you to explore some more advance Pilates skills and hone in on specific areas for development. You will have time to address any specific needs in more detail and explore techniques to help you advance your already acquired skills. This wil be a great opportunuty to enahnce your skills base, try something new and have fun in a beautiful, fully equipped studio.  There will also be a 'goody bag' to go home with!
