Mum and Baby Retreat Day

Come and switch off for the day at our Mum and Baby Daytime Retreat!

By the end of the day you would have learnt some important exercises to help you recover during this postnatal period and to help you move forward and address any underlying issues you may have. You will have enjoyed a restorative reflexology session (foot, hand or cranial) and your baby will have a gorgeous mini session photo shoot! We will keep you fed and watered throughout the day and allow you to take time out so you can feed and walk the baby...allow baby to sleep or be passed around with the many hands on board!
