About the event

This is a six week course for anyone who needs support with their running journey. The course kicks off with a webinar on Sunday 14th January at 7.30PM discussing the mechanics of running, the importance of building a running programme and how body conditioning is a vital complementary activity.

Once you book you will be invited to join a private Facebook Group where you will have access to:

- A weekly live chat to introduce the weekly focus areas:

- A weekly focus area (EG Hips, Core, Knees, Ankles...)

- A weekly running challenge (EG varying terrain, increasing your speed/distance)

- Two videos each week taking you through exercises for the focus area
