Service Description
A class suitable for those with some Pilates experience and committed to developing their skills. This 50min class will target building your core muscles and addressing alignment throughout your body. Pilates is a fantastic way to strengthen joints and address any niggles or injuries. The exercises undertaken help to build stability around joints and to ensure maximum efficiency of movement throughout the body. This class will take place in my studio OR via Zoom, please specify your preference when booking. *All class members will be added to The Movement Hub for free...my private membership group where you can access further classes and exercises. *

To cancel or reschedule please contact me 24hrs in advance. I will always endeavour to allow you to make up a missed class or send a recording of a class (Pilates). For dance classes and coaching if enough notice we can reschedule or move the booking.
